Reimagined a planning tool - a web app, forecast to save National Grid Energy Transmission +£10MM. The delivered product achieved a system usability scale rating of 80.

Designed the 2023 homepage Information architecture, to showcase new vehicle launches, and bolster Kia’s position as a market leader in electric vehicles.

Proved native mobile apps are effective sales channels. Ran a design sprint - the outcome: generated 334 product sales / £134k revenue in the first 2 weeks from release. The solution also significantly reduced OpEx.

Created the E-commerce experience that enables O2’s customers to purchase hardware and accessories on finance.

Researched/designed ways to improve the player experience in-game, and across key journeys. Solved a GDPR issue on a VIP acquisition journey - projected to boost revenue by ~£455k per annum.

Investigated the top 3 issues that affected product performance, and implemented a solution to reduce customer complaints by 25%.

Designed/validated the Information architecture and navigation for Kew.org.

Revamped the content strategy, IA, and navigation for the evolution of paymentsense.com - to improve the customer experience for +20,000 visitors, per month.

Proved the value of UX through data-driven, evidence-based design, within product teams and across the organisation. Led conversion rate optimisation for billing and payment journeys, that generated ~£830K, per month for the business.
