Reimagined a planning tool - a web app, forecast to save National Grid Energy Transmission +£10MM. The delivered product achieved a system usability scale rating of 80.

Designed the 2023 homepage Information architecture, to showcase new vehicle launches, and bolster Kia’s position as a market leader in electric vehicles.

Proved native mobile apps are effective sales channels. Ran a design sprint - the outcome: generated 334 product sales / £134k revenue in the first 2 weeks from release. The solution also significantly reduced OpEx.

Created the E-commerce experience that enables O2’s customers to purchase hardware and accessories on finance.

Researched/designed ways to improve the player experience in-game, and across key journeys. Solved a GDPR issue on a VIP acquisition journey - projected to boost revenue by ~£455k per annum.

Investigated the top 3 issues that affected product performance, and implemented a solution to reduce customer complaints by 25%.

Designed/validated the Information architecture and navigation for Kew.org.

Revamped the content strategy, IA, and navigation for the evolution of paymentsense.com - to improve the customer experience for +20,000 visitors, per month.

Proved the value of UX through data-driven, evidence-based design, within product teams and across the organisation. Led conversion rate optimisation for billing and payment journeys, that generated ~£830K, per month for the business.

Designed the information architecture and interactions for a native iOS app.

Defined the content strategy, information architecture, and visual language for several lead generation websites. Pitched concepts to clients using interactive prototypes.

Created an opportunity to disrupt the business card market. Formed a small team of engineers in Hanoi and built an Android MVP using Material Design.

Fulfilled part of an SEO plan. This involved content optimisation through keyword planning, research, and plugging accessibility issues. Several key pages appeared in second position, on page 1 of SERP.

Inspired by unethical practices around me I decided to create a naming/shaming platform.

Designed and built responsive email templates using a mobile first approach.

Built UI components for iPad-specific, interactive presentations to visualise data-rich content, with adaptations in 30 languages. Worked with HTML5, CSS3, and animated SVG’s.

Design, branding and layout of printed and digital assets for SMEs.

My dissertation and final major project investigated the use of subliminal messages in advertising and their effects on consumer behaviour.
